Hey Friends –
Y’all know how much I love Mandisa, right?!
(If you’ve forgotten, refresh your memory here or here or here)
Last summer I had the best time seeing Mandisa concert at Muskegon’s Unity Christian Music Festival. (remember how I was screaming in my kitchen when I learned I won tickets?!).
Not only is Mandisa’s band amazing and her music powerful ~ I especially appreciated the Truth-filled words that she shared between songs.
Mandisa is beautiful – inside and out – and my friend Julie and I loved every minute of our time at the Unity concert.
(Of course, being escorted backstage by Mandisa’s Tour Manager and getting some personal time with Mandisa is definitely at the top of the list. Yay, God!)
Imagine my delight when I learned Mandisa is coming back to West Michigan! Are you ready for an awesome ticket giveaway…

I’ll close with a quote from the beautiful, gifted Mandisa….
“A struggle is a struggle, and Jesus is there through it all. He is there in compassion and grace. I have found that what He has spoken to me through these songs has been encouraging and I think that’ll be true for other people who are going through their own hard times…”
Amen, Mandisa, Amen! 🙂
Thanks for stopping by *She Sparkles*. Have a wonderful, strength-filled, empowered day!!

Trying to win these for my sister!!! I wish I could go but too far to commute 🙂
Mandisa’s song “overcomer” has helped me through my battle with an eating disorder and depression. I have been home now for a month after being hospitalized for six months in Chicago for inpatient treatment for my anorexia and depression. I was away from my four year old son and husband, and that was incredibly hard. A lot of my treatment was faith-based, and I listened to a lot of Christian music (still do). Brandon Heath is another one of my favorites. I would love to win tickets for a special celebration date with my husband. I am doing well now, by the grace of god and a lot of hard work. My prayers for recovery have been answered and I am a true “overcomer”. Thank you for this opportunity.
I tweeted, subscribed, shared on Facebook, and follow “She Sparkles” 🙂
I feel silly even doing this Cindy, considering we are friends/sisters in Christ, but I would love to take Nicole, my sister in law to this concert, she could really use the pick me up, we both have had a extremely painful year and she is my rock, my sister, my best friend. She would do anything for me and I for her. Money is tight for both of us and it would mean alot to take her to this.
God bless my dear friend
Lisa Shepardson
I would love to take a couple of girls to this concert as we are big Mandisa fans over here! I personally love “Overcomer” and “Stronger” but my one daughter enjoys her slower songs because she can make up dances to them more easily. 🙂 What a great giveaway!
I’m not big into social media, but I do subscribe to you and I think I follow you on FB too. I’ll check right now and if I don’t currently, I will!
Blessings to you, Cindy!

Okay… maybe the following thing is for twitter and not FB. Never mind about that one then. Sorry! I’ll have to just go with one entry 🙂
We love Mandisa and Brandon Heath in our house! Would LOVE to see them in concert together. Our newest favorite is Overcomer, but Good Morning is still a favorite too. I will also share this on my FB page for an extra entry. 🙂
I love me some Mandisa too! I was at Unity Fest last year and got to the autograph line too late…missed my shot at meeting a woman who has encouraged, inspired, and challenged me with her music. I’ve sung a few of her songs at my dad’s church over the years. “Broken Hallelujah” was what I chose to sing at my grandmother’s funeral…such sweet, precious words. As I’ve walked through a struggle with depression, and dealt with other life challenges, her music has been one thing that has been constantly there to put words and feeling to what I couldn’t on my own. I would LOVE to have the chance to tell her this in person. 🙂
I shared on FB 🙂
Subscribed via email 🙂
I would ♥ to win these tickets! Mandisa is so inspiring to me. Her songs are the main ones I run to…and they speak to me every time! My kids also love to crank my Mandisa cd’s and jam. 🙂 I am overcoming a lifetime of food addiction and getting stronger…I can hear her songs as I type! Just love Mandisa!
Praying for whoever God has in mind for these ticket as I write this! I am throwing my sparkly shoe in the ring with hopes perhaps it is me and my girl friends. I would LOVE to take my friends Lori and Christina. Lori has stage 4 breast cancer and despite her own health care needs has devoted 365 plus days to help me through the first year of being a widow. My friend Christina is about to celebrate her birthday and should be welcoming a child in November; but as we keep re-learning, we are not in control and her baby went to live with Jesus just a few weeks after being conceived. Some music and fellowship could fill their hearts and give me a chance to say “Thank You.”
