Hey friends –
Happy last day of July! The month of July has been a crazy, adventurous, wild month for me!
While I was at the She Speaks Conference last week, Renee Swope warned us we may experience a “Holy Hangover,” and that totally describes how I feel!
Note: a “Holy Hangover” is when you’re exhausted after much HOLY fun. Please don’t get that confused with an alcoholic hangover. Y’all know after my rebellious past, I am 100% alcohol free these days. Just sayin’, please don’t misread or misinterpret. 🙂
In case you’re wondering what I’ve been up to, here’s a quick photo recap for you –
1. Red Hot Faith Summer Bible Study –

Red Hot Faith Kickoff at Baker Book House
I had the absolute BEST time with this Red Hot Faith-filled group of women. We had nearly 150 women from 38+ different churches. Wow. My heart is sad it’s over – but filled to the brim with special memories from our Red Hot summer. Only God!
2. Anointed Teachings
I was super blessed to have the chance to sit live under the teachings of both Rick Renner and Priscilla Shirer this month. I’m still soaking in their amazing messages. Wow.

3. Proverbs 31 She Speaks Conference
What an amazing time I had at the Proverbs 31 She Speaks Conference!
My friend Erin was super kind to pick me up at the airport with beautiful flowers to remind me that “He Loves Me” (and run me through Chik-Fil-A before the conference).
Once I arrived at She Speaks, I had the opportunity to reconnect with many friends like Dana MacCord, Amy Lively (taking the picture) & Natalie Snapp.
It’s always fun to see my West Michigan friend and prayer partner Karen Ehman.

But the real highlight was my time as a speaker coach leading evaluation groups!
I loved getting to know my group –  10 super gifted, beautiful women from all across the United States, Canada, & even Paris! LOVE, LOVE these women! What an amazing opportunity to facilitate their evaluation time.
Yes, of course, we marked the moment with confetti! After each woman shared her Truth-filled presentation, we capped off the night with a confetti wand celebration. FUN!
As we know, all good things must come to an end.
As sad as I was to leave my amazing roomie Amy Lively, and all my She Speaks friends, I couldn’t wait to get home to this group –
What have you been up to, dear friend?
What have been the highlights of your summer so far? How can I pray for YOU? I’d love to hear from you!
Thanks for stopping by *She Sparkles*! May your day be filled with much love, laughter, confetti, and God’s richest blessings!
It’s been a great summer for you and having the privilege of praying for you and seeing God work in your ministry and your family. I’m hoping as school starts and summer winds down that we can connect sometime this fall – I’m ready for some holy humor from a great lady! Blessings to you dear friend – I’m proud and excited for you.
Look at you. Nonstop fun and goodness. Holy hangover. I love it.
So honored and privileged to make the Holy Hangover post! And yes, I hear you on the Holy Hangover – I’ve got it, too!
Thank you for being such a dear, sweet friend with the gift of encouragement. Thank you, also, for your kind note – I have the one from last year as well. You truly have a gift, sweet friend.
I cannot wait to celebrate the launch of Red Hot with you!
