◦ Do you desire more joy and power in your life?
◦ Are you tired of being bombarded with thoughts of defeat and discouragement?
◦ Have you been looking for a simple way to memorize Scripture verses with your family?
Join us on this exciting, encouraging, simple A to Z Memory Verse journey!
If you are new to the A to Z Challenge, you can read all about it here! Start in at anytime! Today is the perfect day to memorize a new verse! Woo Hoo!
You can check out the verses we’ve learned so far in 2012 here.
Y’all know how passionate I am about memorizing Scripture. I’m not kidding – my life has been TRANSFORMED because my mind has been TRANSFORMED – and that has come by renewing my mind with His Word. If you are struggling with areas of defeat, discouragement, or just feeling “stuck” – God’s Word works, I promise! Please give Scripture Memory a try, won’t you?
I also love hearing how Scripture Memory is helping others. A good friend (and fellow A-Z participant) recently shared on FB, “After a time of feeling so close to the Lord and filled with His Spirit on a mission trip, I faced a year of temptation and difficulty. God seemed to be so distant, but I was not fully obeying, trusting, or seeking Him in His Word. Ugh! Jesus teaches us how to use the scripture to combat our enemy, the devil. I am up to letter “N” in my A-Z scripture memory….I am working to have the word of God on …my lips!”
Thanks for sharing, friend! Please keep your stories, videos, and pictures coming! I love it – and hopefully you enjoy hearing how others around the nation are being blessed and encouraged by the A to Z Challenge! 🙂
If you’ve been following with us since January, this week we have 2 verses to learn – O & P!
O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth. Psalm 8:1
Our new “P” verse – Ephesians 6:11 –
Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. Eph. 6:11

Sue from Illinois. We are one verse behind, but we will catch up today! My children would love the Mandisa CD. One of their favorites!
Sue, way to keep going!!! I’m so glad you are memorizing with us!
Awesome verses.
God’s Word is so powerful, isn’t it? Love it!
I’m a bit behind, but I’m catching up! To memorize I print out full page versions of the verses and post them around the house and then I can’t help but see them and read them daily. After a while they sink in completely and I can quote them away from home.
Corrie TenBoon gave thanks for those fleas….remember? so there must
be some reason that they are visiting you all. huh?
Cindy, scripture memory has been such a foundation for me for over the years as I have clung to several. Your challenge the other day to ask which verse do we run to has been impressed in my mind, I love the idea of running to a verse. Thank you!
I just started a new season of memorizing this morning. This time of year seems to be a really good one for me to start something new. Thanks for encouraging others to hide God’s word in our hearts!
I am learning Colossians 1:10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
I am Mary Sue from Texas. Thank you for the encouragement and the goodie opportunities. :>) MS
